Welcome to the Montessori Training Center of Minnesota (MTCM). Located in Saint Paul, the MTCM is a non-profit that serves as an authoritative and trusted source for authentic Montessori implementation, training, consultation and practice.

Our beautiful new facility on the east side of Saint Paul is a unique ‘hub’ of Montessori education, featuring:

1. Montessori Teacher Training Programs under the auspices of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), accredited by MACTE and licensed by the Minnesota Office of Higher Education.

2. Cornerstone Montessori School, an all-day, year round program serving children 15 months to 6 years.

3. International Montessori Museum and Research Center

4. Community Outreach programs, workshops, job postings

Our Mission

To provide and facilitate greater access to time-tested, quality programs developed by Dr. Maria Montessori to a population that is most vulnerable and often excluded; train highly qualified professionals; and disseminate the best practices of Montessori through outreach programming to a wide range of childcare providers and parents.
