MAED
Through a new partnership between St. Catherine University’s Advanced Montessori Programs (in St. Paul) and the Montessori Center of Minnesota, you can prepare for a career as a Montessori educator and earn a Master of Arts in Education degree (MAED).
Qualified students in MTCM’s Primary or Elementary course may earn graduate credit for their coursework and complete a St. Catherine University Master of Arts in Education degree. Students apply separately (and simultaneously) to MTCM and St. Catherine University. The MAED program is 41 credits, with 32 of them being earned on-site at MTCM and the reamining nine earned through St. Catherine University.
The priority application deadlines for the Master of Arts in Education are May 1 for students starting the Elementary option in Summer 2013, and July 1 for students starting the Primary option in Fall 2013.
